Shop and Dine in Union Station

Union Station dates back to 1888, and today it pays homage to a pioneer spirit while at the same time embracing a truly modern sensibility.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy a few hours of boutique shopping or a leisurely meal with friends, Union Station can meet your needs.

Highlights include:

Bloom – Anuschka Patel has a gifted eye and a passion for creating beautiful things, which is why she opened Bloom. She came to Denver in 1998 from Germany where she used to pick flowers for her mother. The shop’s selection includes classic, novelty, and tropical blooms from around the world.

Tattered Cover Book Store – Tattered Cover is one of the country’s premier independent bookstores. It has brought people and books together since 1971 and is known for hosting more than four hundred authors, illustrators, and public figures every year. On the shelves, customers find books in all genres.

Next Door American Eatery – Next Door features a menu that is 100 percent sourced from American farmers. The chefs are committed to serving real food, and the staff strives to follow environmentally-friendly practices such as composting and recycling. Guests enjoy their meals in a casual environment, and choices include wild-caught Alaskan salmon, curry chicken salad, and cheeseburgers.

Stoic & Genuine – Stoic & Genuine is a multi-coastal seafood house and oyster bar that serves the freshest seafood in Denver. Executive Chef Jennifer Jasinski has won several awards, and her delicious creations include green chili mussels, Alaskan halibut, and Humboldt squid steak.

Union Station is just one of the shopping and dining destinations that you can enjoy if you call Retreat at Park Meadows home. Please contact us to schedule a tour of our community.
