Outdoor concert venue for live entertainment near Lone Tree

Enjoy Live Entertainment Near Lone Tree

The hills are alive with the sound of music, but so are the Rocky Mountains. Just a short drive from The Retreat at Park Meadows, you’ll find live entertainment near Lone Tree such as musical acts, but comedians, plays, and more. We’ve included something for everyone and even mention a nearby place to suppress your appetite.

Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre

Since 1982, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre has provided an outdoor space for concerts with the spectacular Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. The venue holds 17,000 people and the calendar is filled with world-class musical acts. This year’s schedule includes Lady Antebellum, Backstreet Boys, Zac Brown Band, and of course, other events will be added.

You can very conveniently take the light rail from Lincoln Station to Arapahoe at Village Center Station to avoid the parking fees and concert traffic. If you’re looking for a nice place to have dinner before the show, make a reservation at Chinook Tavern. In addition to European inspired dishes, they have fondue served family-style. There’s also a coffee bar if you’re looking for a caffeine fix or a sweet treat.

Parker Arts, Culture & Events Center

The event calendar for the Parker Arts, Culture & Events Center (PACE) has something for everyone. Part of the center includes the Schoolhouse Complex. The building opened in 1915 and operated as a school until 1967. Since 1995, the venue has been used as a cultural center and hosts live entertainment events like plays, concerts, fundraisers, comedians, and more. In the coming months, you have the opportunity to see a high school production of “Mary Poppins,” meet Jack Hanna and his wild animals, and laugh with some of the veterans of “Saturday Night Live.”

Just down the street is a fun place to grab a bite to eat. Rory’s Diner serves breakfast all day as well as salads, sandwiches, and comfort foods like meatloaf. You’ll also want to indulge in a piece of Rubi’s homemade pie and maybe even take a dozen cinnamon rolls home. Note that Rory’s Diner is open daily from 7 am until 2:30 pm. On Friday and Saturday only they are also open from 5-9 pm.

Studio@Mainstreet

There are several different unique events that you might enjoy at Studio@Mainstreet. Sing your heart out at karaoke, relax and listen to jazz, or play a few rounds of BINGO. You can even catch a comedy or improv show. Many events are free; you can find the calendar and ticket information on their website.

Studio@Mainstreet is just a stone’s throw away from Rory’s Diner, there are a few other options nearby. Poke’ is very popular right now, so try Poke Bowl Asian Cafe which is open from 11 am until 9 pm every day of the week (except Monday when they open at noon). You can also check out Tailgate Tavern & Grill (also on Main Street) which is open until 2 in the morning every day.
