Enjoy a Meal at The Source Hotel & Market Hall

Not far from Retreat at Park Meadow Apartments is a unique destination featuring independent food and retail vendors, and a 100-room hotel with Rocky Mountain views. We are talking about The Source Hotel & Market Hall, and it also hosts events such as late-night parties and delectable rooftop brunches. The two market halls total 45,000 square feet, and restaurant vendors include:

Acorn

At Acorn, Chef Ian Palazzola gets creative with an oak-fired oven and grill. He was named a Rising Star Chef in 2016, and his relationship with area farmers influences the way he cooks. Acorn is one of Denver’s top restaurants. Also, you can find its cocktails featured in Bon Appetit and Details magazine. The meals are made from scratch, with offerings including lamb shank, oak roasted half chicken, and dry-aged duck.

Safta

Safta takes diners on a culinary journey through Israel. The dishes feature influences from Europe and North America, and the wood-fired bread bakes just steps from the tables. James Beard Award-winning Chef, Alon Shaya, leads the kitchen. He uses local produce and makes the meals to order. Choices include sea bass, harissa-roasted chicken, and braised lamb shank. For dessert, enjoy the chocolate hazelnut babka.

New Belgium Brewing

New Belgium Brewing features one of the most comprehensive barrel-aged beer programs in the United States. Chefs and mixologists work together to create innovative beer and food pairings. The barrel-aging process takes place on the rooftop lounge, and head brewer tours offer a behind-the-scenes look. Year-round offerings include Mountain Time, Old Aggie, and Dayblazer. Enjoy a glass with meals such as cheeseburgers and steak fries.
