Stay In Shape In Lone Tree

One of the many benefits of living in Colorado is being part of a community that loves the outdoors and values staying active. But for those who work full-time, balance a family and social life, or go to school, staying in shape can be hard to add to the ever-growing list of priorities.

That is why the Retreat at Park Meadows apartments do all we can to help out with your fitness goals. The Retreat at Park Meadow apartments have a 24-hour well-equipped athletic center you can use at your convenience. Squeeze in a quick workout before heading to the office or lift some weights between loads of laundry on the weekends. However, if you prefer to work out in a group setting or are looking for a different way to “feel the burn”, here are a few niche gyms to check out.

Pure Barre

Have you heard of barre fitness? It is a new fitness craze that is sweeping the nation and the Retreat at Park Meadow is not far from the Pure Barre Highlands Ranch location. Pure Barre is a unique workout based off of Pilates and ballet barre. There is no dance background required and it is not considered a dance class. Rather, it is a workout that borrows some techniques from ballet and focuses on small muscle movements for awesome sculpting results.

Rock’n & Jam’n

Rock climbing is an activity that locals love that is a physical challenge that simultaneously gets you in excellent shape. Rock’n & Jam’n is an incredible rock climbing gym in Centennial that has a state-of-the-art facility with the best routes around. They offer drop-in rates, punch cards, and memberships. They also offer cardio machines and weights so you don’t need to have multiple memberships at both a traditional gym and a rock climbing gym.
