The Running Clubs Around Lone Tree Will Keep You Active

If you’re looking for a fun way to workout, you can lace up your shoes and join a running club. These clubs welcome all abilities, from casual runners to seasoned marathoners. Those near our Lone Tree apartments include:

Runners Roost Run Club

Offering free weekly runs, the Runners Roost Run Club invites everyone to bring their shoes and have some fun. Both runners and walkers will enjoy lively conversations, tasty snacks, and maybe even a beer or two afterward. The Lone Tree Runners Roost Run Club meets at the store on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. You can follow its Facebook page for updates and routes.

bRUNch Running

Called “the most delicious run club around,” bRUNch Running is a social group where strangers become friends. Founder Alex Weissner started the club in 2013 with the mission of making the world a better place while sharing delicious meals and supporting local communities. When you’re not running with the group, check out Alex’s podcast called Behind the Sweat. He interviews runners of all levels and provides actionable tips, so you get the most out of your workout.

Columbines Running

Columbines Running is Colorado’s only women-only running club. It has welcomed everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes since 1978. All ages and paces are welcome, and some members even prefer to walk. Benefits include fun runs, track workouts, and special events. Columbines Running also offers volunteer opportunities throughout the year that support the local running community.

Highlands Ranch Running Club

The Highlands Ranch Running Club can help you meet your goals, whether you run for fun or compete in races. The training courses in this club range from easy to difficult. They include places like Deer Creek Canyon and the Highland Canal Trail, and distances can be modified based on ability or training focus. The club offers both year-round Saturday morning runs and Wednesday night track runs from March through October.

If you want another way to stay active, you can also enjoy some indoor soccer fun. If you’d like to call Retreat at Park Meadows home, please contact us. Our leasing team will be happy to show you everything our apartments in Lone Tree have to offer.
